Service Payment Terms

1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of subscription services from OGHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website located at oghub.fr (the “Site”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

2. Orders and Acceptance

By purchasing a subscription on our Site, you are making an offer to subscribe to the services listed in your order. All subscriptions are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any subscription order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your subscription details. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your subscription is accepted only when we send a confirmation email or provide access to the services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All subscription prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with French law. Payment methods accepted include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other accepted credit or debit cards.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring subscription fees at the rate specified at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

You may cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in compliance with European consumer protection laws. Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team via Discord or X (formerly Twitter). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the current rate. You will receive an email notification prior to your renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our Site. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our subscriptions at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We will notify you of any changes in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

7. Warranty

We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the services provided through our Site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable French law.

8. OG+ Free Trial Policy

By subscribing to an OG+ "Free Trial" offer, you agree that this trial period is subject to a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive months of OG+ subscription. This ensures full access to OG+ features during and after the trial period.

Personal data collected during the Free Trial subscription (name, email address, payment information on Stripe) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely for:

  • Managing your OG+ subscription;
  • Automatic billing for the minimum two consecutive months;
  • Sending information related to your subscription and OG+ services.

    • You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data by contacting our support as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

    By subscribing to the Free Trial, you acknowledge and accept this minimum commitment requirement, as well as OG+'s personal data processing policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by French law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your subscription to our services.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to your subscription shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the subscription in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lille.
